Every state Medicaid program can exclude or terminate providers on its own authority, and most publish a list. The lists come in 7 different formats on 43 different schedules, and about 54.1% of their active records never appear on the federal OIG LEIE, so a federal-only screen misses them. States not yet loaded

Florida, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin. Some publish no list by design (Virginia and Oklahoma refer screeners to the federal lists); others are being pursued with the agency. The federal lists — OIG LEIE, SAM.gov, the FDA debarment and investigator-disqualification lists — cover every state and are in every RosterProof check.
