Shoonya ("we," "us") builds healthcare data products, including RosterProof, delivered through data marketplaces such as the Snowflake Marketplace. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
Our data products contain information collected exclusively from publicly available government sources, such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), state Medicaid exclusion lists, and the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). These are public records published by government agencies for compliance purposes. We do not collect, process, or distribute patient data or protected health information (PHI).
If you contact us or subscribe to our products, we receive the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and company) and standard usage information provided by the marketplace platform (such as subscription and query activity made available to data providers). We use this information to operate, support, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.
This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising technologies.
Our products aggregate and normalize public records as published by their source agencies. We identify the source and observation time of records. Determinations or decisions based on the data are the responsibility of the data consumer.
