exclusions_screenable = the full screening view (active and ended; IS_ACTIVE tells them apart). change_feed_90d = every ADDED / CHANGED / REMOVED / REINSTATED event in the last 90 days with the full record as JSON. Columns are documented in the data dictionary.

Use label and attribution
This bundle is labeled for compliance-screening use. Records from North Carolina and Texas are included under those states' non-commercial permissions; do not resell or repackage NC/TX rows commercially without those agencies' written permission.
Every snapshot ships with a README carrying the full source attribution and required notices (also at /attribution), and this notice: verify any hit against the source agency — and OIG's SSN-based Online Search for LEIE — before taking adverse action. Source agencies disclaim the accuracy of their lists; records pass through as published.

Related datasets
Medicare Opt-Out Affidavits
Providers who have opted out of Medicare. Not an exclusion or sanction. Separate dataset, same column shape as the exclusion views, refreshed monthly from CMS. It is never counted in the 45 exclusion sources and never mixed into exclusion results.
Available in the Snowflake listing (OPTOUT_CURRENT) and in the file menu above as optout_current.csv / optout_current.parquet (same email-capture flow; line 1 of the CSV says it is not an exclusion).
