Delaware Medicaid exclusion list
Delaware publishes its Medicaid exclusion list as a PDF; the agency updates it on no fixed schedule. What the federal gap means in Delaware
Of the 1,607 active records on the Delaware list, 36.4% do not appear on the federal OIG LEIE. A program that screens only the federal lists, as 42 CFR 455.436 requires at minimum, never sees those providers. Under ACA §6501, an exclusion or for-cause termination in one state's Medicaid program is grounds for termination in every other state, so a Delaware exclusion matters to any payer or employer in any state. The earliest exclusion start date the agency publishes is 2007-01-19 and the most recent is 2026-09-17. 424 of the records belong to providers that at least one other jurisdiction has also excluded.
